Jeevan Therapeutics is advancing a first-in-class bispecific nanobody designed to address two complementary, validated biological pathways involved in Crohn’s disease persistence and relapse.
Despite significant advances in treatment, many people living with Crohn’s disease still do not achieve durable disease control. Current and emerging therapies generally suppress an inflammatory pathway or address one part of the disease biology.
We believe a different approach is needed.
Addressing Two Complementary Pathways
Our lead program is designed to simultaneously limit the migration of pathogenic immune cells into the gut and block interactions of tissue-resident cells associated with persistent disease.
By addressing these complementary mechanisms with a single therapeutic, our goal is to achieve deeper and more durable disease control without broad immune suppression.
We are developing the program using a bispecific nanobody format, providing a compact and modular therapeutic architecture well suited to dual targeting.
Building the Crohn’s Program
Over the past year, Jeevan has continued to advance the scientific and development strategy for our lead program.
We have filed three provisional patent applications and are progressing the program through functional validation and lead optimization, with in vivo proof-of-concept as an important next development milestone.
Our work is focused on translating validated Crohn’s biology into a differentiated therapeutic approach with the potential to meaningfully change how the disease is treated.
Focused Today. Building for Tomorrow.
Crohn’s is our lead indication and where we’ve built the development strategy.
